Both Daft Punk’s 2005 LP, Human After All, and their 2006 silent film Electroma, were met with mixed reviews from a confused press, whom wouldn’t realize their genius until the Alive 2007 performances. However according to internet lore, when sounds of Human After All and the visuals of Electroma are syned together, they become one.
One intrepid YouTube user has taken it upon himself to do just that, and the results are astounding. In the clip, the robots literally attempt to become human to the sounds of Human After All, as each change of scenery in Electroma syncs up closely with the music of the album.
